  • Sunday | Morning: Free time to rest and explore the farm grounds
    Brunch in the Locanda’s garden.
    2 PM: Meeting with Chef Marcello Dall’Aglio and course introduction followed by the first lesson.
    8 PM: Dinner
  • Monday | Morning. Visit to the 17th century Villa Griffone, residence of the world famous scientist and inventor Guglielmo Marconi. Tour of the Museum dedicated to his works. Visit to the 15th century Castle Palazzo de Rossi where Popes and famous poets such as Torquato Tasso resided during the 1500’s.
    Optional lunch at the Castle.
    2 PM 2nd cooking lesson begins
    8 PM dinner
  • Tuesday | Morning: Shopping at the antique market of Sasso Marconi
    Lunch free choice of venue
    2 PM 3rdd cooking lesson begins
    8 PM dinner
  • Wednesday | Morning: Transfer to the city of Bologna for a tour of its medieval centre.
    Afternoon & Evening: Free time to lunch, shop & have dinner at venues of your choice
  • Thursday | Morning: Lesson on cheeses and local wines, followed by tasting lunch featuring the same delicacies
    2 PM 4th cooking lesson begins
    8 PM dinner
  • Friday | Morning: Visit at a local winery followed by a tour of the medieval hamlet of Jano with optional lunch at a local country restaurant
    2 PM 5th cooking lesson begins
    8 PM Arrivederci dinner
