rooms overlooking the green hills surrounding Bologna,
while a sumptuous breakfast awaits you each morning featuring
our farm’s own organically grown seasonal fruits,
freshly baked breads, pastries, cookies and cakes. Local
meats, muesli, yogurts, fruit juices and a selection
of organic jams and honey complete this meal to start
off your day right.
During your stay you are free to walk around and explore
all of the farms 45 acres where you can come across and
up close to animals such as deer, fox and colorful pheasant
while admiring the beauty of wild orchids or just plain
relax in our garden under the shade of a tree or oversized
umbrella .

Appenin mountain range allows you to travel back in
time to a land who’s natural features have remained
untouched by man for centuries.
The Monte Sole National Park
Situated
between the Reno and Setta ancient river valleys,
and comprised of forests featuring carpino nero Italian
oak and chestnut trees you can see rare eagles as
well as wild boor, deer capriolo and daini roaming
in their natural habitat.
Your can explore the park on foot, by mountain bike
or on horseback following any number of well designed
trails. For mountain climbing enthusiasts, overlooking
the Locanda itself is the well known Badolo rock
face at your disposal whose allure attracts climbers
from all over the Emilia region.
The parks created by the Setta and Reno
riverbanks,

that can also be enjoyed by foot, mountain bike or

the park of the Piccolo Paradiso, offers a myriad

Paradiso hosts an international tango competition.
